Standard Rules:
*All plays are to win/risk 1 unit (1.00)
*All players must post a play for every day of the week..any unposted day will result in a loss of 1 unit (-1.00)
*Players are allowed to post plays days in advance.
*All posted plays are final...no changes allowed.
*All valid plays must have started before 11:59 pm Eastern Time and must have been posted before kickoff.
*A Push is a Push...no alternative play will be permitted.
*A game that has been cancelled/abandoned or postponed will be counted as a Push.
*All plays are valid except the following...
...No Parlays
...No in play live bets
...No combo bets other than HT/FT
First Come First Serve Rule: Once a play is made on a game by a member..their opponent will not be allowed to make any play on that particular match. 

Away Rule: The away member in every fixture must post their Sunday play before Saturday 11:59 pm Est. No exceptions. Failure to do so will result in a loss of -1.00 units for Sunday. (The First come First Serve Rule is still in effect for Sunday...so Home members can post their Sunday play early if they choose to do so.) 

Posting Plays: 
...Date (Day of the week)
...Post the Country/League and the Play with American odds.
...The Posted line must be available at the time of posting your play.
... DO NOT REFER TO BETTING EXCHANGES FOR ODDS

Further explanation on the Away Rule interpretation.

IF A PLAYER MISSES THE AWAY TEAM DEADLINE THEY WILL BE DEDUCTED -1.00 UNITS ON THEIR WEEKLY ROI. THEY CAN STILL SUBMIT A SUNDAY PLAY THAT WILL BE GRADED FOR THE WEEKLY ROI AS WELL AS THE CUP PLAY.

THE CUP PLAY WILL ALSO BE PENALIZED 1.00 UNIT FOR MISSING THE DEADLINE.

IF AN AWAY PLAYER DOES NOT SUBMIT A SUNDAY PLAY AT ALL THEY WILL LOSE THE 1.00 UNIT ON THE WEEKLY ROI AND THE 1.00 UNIT ON THE CUP TOTAL, HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT LOSE THE 1.00 UNIT FOR FAILING TO MEET THE AWAY DEADLINE

AS COMMISIONER OF THE  CPL/CCL I AM HEREBY REINSTATING BEVOAUSTINTX INTO THE CCL EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

I BELIEVE THIS WAS HIS SPOT ORIGINALLY..HE WILL POST STARTING WITH WEDNESDAY'S PLAY AND HE IS AWARE HE IS -200 IN THE HOLE FOR NO PLAYS MONDAY AND TUESDAY

I BELIEVE THE SPIRIT OF THE 3 DAY RULE WAS TO ELIMINATE THOSE WHO MAY SIGN UP FOR .THE CONTEST AND THEN FLAKE OUT 1 OR 2 WEEKS INTO THE SEASON. HOWEVER, BEVO,GSWITCH AND BILLY HAVE PROVEN THEIR COMMITMENT TO THIS CONTEST AND I BELIEVE IN SECOND CHANCES. THAT IS WHY I HAVE TRIED TO FIND A WAY TO GET THEM BACK IN WHEN POSSIBLE.

I UNDERSTAND THINGS CAN COME UP AND PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO POST DAILY, THIS IS WHY POSTING IN ADVANCE IS A GOOD IDEA. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THERE SHOULD BE A PENALTY FOR IT

SO, EFFECTIVE  WEEK 12 :

MISS 1 DAY : -100
2ND DAY (IN A ROW) -200
3RD DAY (IN A ROW) -300
