In a really deep high stakes league. 14 teams 18 roster spots each. Rbs are absolutely depleted in free agents (Kaun (sp?) is the top rated RB left.
I am currently 2-0 and in second place. Part of me feels like if its not broke dont fix it (have a $300 bonus for being top scorer weeks 1-13, which I am more concerned with then the playoffs which I feel are too random) This is NOT a PPR league. TDS are worth 6, you get 1 pt for 10 rushing or receiving yards or 25 passing yards
We start: 1 QB 3 WRs 2 Rbs 1 flex (rb/wr/te) 1 TE Kicker Defense
My team is currently:
QB Eli backup Vince Young
WR Brandon Marshall, Colston, Garcon (4th rnd pick, not producing) Mike Williams TB (great production for 12 round pick) Santoni Holmes (9th round pick, hopefully a steal) and just got Hester off free agents
Rbs-Frank Gore, Portis, Brandon Jacobs, Rashard Jennings, Anthony Dixon, Mcgahee
TE-Keller (13th pick, very happy with him) and Miller
Kicker: Rackers (great FA pickup once team cut Brown)
Defense: AZ
I am wondering if I should trade a top WR for Shonn Greene. Greene is underproducing. I have a lot of good WRS, and Portis, but no consisten threat if Portis gets hurt (Williams the rookie backup was already taken when I went to add him today after Larry Johnson was cut
Trying to decide if a top WR is worth it for Greene. Any opinions? Thanks

Going to use LT as my Flex player (looking better then Greene so far) and hope he gets more and more carries as the year goes on. Its a risk, but I got deep enough WRs to give it a shot!

Holmes will be back soon. The current Braylon Edwards situation is a plus for him. You can afford to deal Marshall esp. in a non PPR where his yearly 100+ catches do not factor in. Henne is not a good QB, and Miami likes to run.
You really need that 2nd quality RB.
Go for it.
