FANTASY FOOTBALL- Advice on trade??

Question

real quick, we have a 12 team head to head, snake draft league on CBS.  I have 3rd pick (MJD)   the guy with 1st pick wants our 3rd overall and last round pick for his 2nd and 3rd round picks.  So  instead of us having 3rd,22nd, and 27th overall. We get 22nd,24th,25th, and 27th overall.  but we do not get one of the top 4 feature backs.  Is it worth the gamble getting four picks in top 27 or stick with MJD at the 3 spot?  and draft accordingly.   Thoughts?    thanks

so the guy with 1st pick also gets the third pick...chris johnson and mjd? u gonna give him that?no way i would do this trade
