There is talk about AJ Green going number one overall now that Andrew Luck isn't going into the draft. I definitley agree that the biggest fantasy impact will be a wide reciever. AJ Green is definitley amazing with talent and decent speed. Blackmon can be decent as well at the next level.

AP would be my overall 1 also. You basically know what kind of season you will get out of him and he had less carries this year than last so he should be even fresher next year
As far as impact rookies... usually RBs have the quickest impact as far as fantasy leagues go followed by WRs. my short list would be Mark ingram, mikel leshore(illinois RB) and AJ Green(head and shoulders the best WR in the draft)

That really all depends on how big quarterbacks are in the league you're in. Although the thing that I don't like about Vick is his style. Since he runs so much he gets hit MUCH more than any other quarterback and it has shown in the past that it will make for a couple short seasons, missed games or lagging injuries that will take away from what he can do potentially.
