I'd say keep Hernandez and Thomas and use one of them for trade bait. They are arguably 2 of the top 4 tight ends.
All of the other players are garbage, except for JPP. He might be worth it to keep as I saw he was listed as #1 defensive player to draft.
Thomas isn't a TE.
You should keep Hernandez because if you throw him back he will most likely be the top ranked TE available and you probably won't be seeing him again.
I would probably keep Shaun Greene unless you really think that Sanchez can figure out an NFL passing offense this season. I know Greene disappointed last year but that offense sucks, imo, so I can see them running the ball a lot again.
I would also roll the dice on Brandon Lloyd as well. If only for the reason that he could be a home run or he could be Ochocinco 2.0. But either way you can dangle him to Tom Brady's owner and maybe someone else as leverage to keep him away from TB's owner(do this before the season starts as well).
I wouldn't be oppose to keeping JPP, but my personal preference when playing with defensive players is just to ride match ups and streaky players week to week. I always go to the waiver wire for defensive players because it's kind of a crap shoot in a way. I guess you can't go wrong with JPP but I think that I would rather roll the dice with Lloyd because of his potential upside in that offense and his value as trade bait as I mentioned before.
Best of luck in whatever you do.
