I drafted Lincecum in a league and after two weeks of him shitting the bed I read an article of how Lincecum cut fast food out of his diet and lost weight on a frame that looked to be 165 pounds wet. I went on and traded Timmy and received Mccutchen at the time. I drafted Carlos Beltran hoping for a resurgence in his career and Michael Bourne for his on base and stolen bases. When Trout was called up, I picked him up immediately as I'm a homer and have been looking forward to this kid coming up since his short stint last year. Also, someone dropped the Melkman as well so I couldn't pass him up in waivers when I held the first position.
So this is my question, out of those outfielders who has the right value if I wanted to trade for either Gio Gonzales or Cole Hamels in a one to one man trade?
(I have three outfield spot and one utility so one is riding the bench every day and I feel like I can get an ace for one of these outfielders)
