I wouldn't trade DeSean Jackson. 
He's one of the best receivers in the league. You'll get opportunities to get running backs as the season goes along due to injuries , benchings, etc. There is always running backs who emerge later in the season. And you already have Gore and Turner.
Don't do it. 
Everything in your first post was pretty good. Then you follow it up with this. Sproles is dog shit. LT sucked as last year and where was Sproles? I feel he won't do better than he did last year. Sproles isn't a rb, he is a tiny wr that lines up in the back field. Ryan Mathews will get 300+ touches (rushing and receiving) this year and will out produce Michael Turner. My opinion. My dark house pick this year to be a top 5 rb in scoring.
Last year my dark house was Ray Rice. I got laughed at as I drafted him in every league in the 4th round. It seemed to work out alright.
