Gronk for Stacy???

Opinions please...I realize there is a fantasy forum but that is always dead.

I already have Jordan Cameron and Martellus Bennet. 

Standard league pts wise. 

We start 3RB not including flex position. 

I know Gronk is Brady's main man, but Stacy is the St Louis back field and has been getting all the carries.  I feel he is the real deal.

Thoughts?

My backs are as follows...Forte, Murray, Foster, Tate, Pierre Thomas.

My thought is to start 3 of these RB's including Stacy each week.  Forte, Murray, Foster/Tate and Stacy.  So basically Stacy will be replacing Thomas. 

I can rotate between Cameron and Bennett depending on match up.

The gap between Cameron/Bennett each week vs Gronk should not be as big as the gap as between Stacy vs Thomas is my thought

I agree with your approach, but dont you think you could get a little more for Gronk?  I think stacy would be a good pickup but what about someone like Eddie Lacey or Reggie Bush - I would  think theres someone out there that would have a back liklier to get in the endzone that would trade for a premier TE like Gronk

I would never trade the best tight end in the league for a running back. Although Gronk does get injured a lot, he can control a game. There are quite a few running backs that can fill the bill for the Pats but.there is only one Gronk !!!!

This is coming from a Giants fan who does not like the pats at all....

Thanks for the input, FMC.  This same guy has bush and he wont budge on Reggie....I already asked.  I'm not sold on Lacey just yet and Starks has been getting a share of the carries.  I like the fact that Stacy owns the back field.
