Im hooked on this shit ive actually been goin crazy looking at box scores  but my question is ....

If a player or team has a day off  should i always fill the spot ???   even if the matchup isnt great for the bench player   or is it more of a stuational thing ??  like if my team is batting great up til then... why take a shot at a guy who might hurt the team average??  or just leave the spot   blank    and my other question is  i find myself  on the free agent market  almost daily  just to see whos there   i won my first weeks matchup  thanks to lohse and harang both pitching  complete game no hit shutouts on sunday     and  this week im in it with what a consider the guy and team to beat  hes been doing it a long time and has won or placed in most if not all years hes been  playing    willl i drive myself crazy  adding and dropping or should i find a group of guys and stick with em??

here another question I took Kawakmi for the Braves i figured early in the year american hitters might not know this guy and ide have an advatage  so far  2 outing  12 ip 1 w  15 k 1.33 whip and a 5.25era should i keep using him or drop  for young stud Jordan Zimmerman of the Nats  or Wang for the Yanks or Cahill of Oak or Kyle Davies of KC

Filling in roster spots when guys are on off days, really depends on the type of league your in.  Is it a Roto league or head to head league?
 
 
As far as Zimmerman goes, I think the dude will be a stud, just not sure how soon he will get there.  I already have him on most of my fantasy teams, and I like the matchup against the Braves for him as well.

and not to be ignorant but what is a roto league? like i said im so new to it
 
and another question is it better not to have multiple players from a team in my starting lineup   i have 3 cubs  soriano lee nd soto  and when the team gets shut down as a whole this hurts   soriano right now for me is untouchable but  god soto and lee are pissn me off   im thinking lee might be showing the wears of age   thinking of dropping him for  mike jacobs

i always fill spots, I remembre one year in roto league with 2 C's one of them was piazza who was injured for all but a few weeks, so I stuck in all kinds of losers, seriously like if Minnesota was playing a leftie, I'd pick up mike redmond, shit like that, but at the end of the year that 2nd catcher spot gave me numbers better than piazza could have given me at that point in his career...

heres a question  while trolling the free agents  should i be focusing on guys who are underacheiving ( with the thinking they should go on a roll to bring their average up closer to where it should be ??) or should i pluck the guys who are hitting out of their minds hot

i lack "pop" in my lineup  and was eyeing scott rolen although an injury rick  hes still putting up numbers  how about some suggestions on how to handle this shuffle of players..
 
 
and im completely throwing in the towel with geovani soto i have been playing pablo sandoval at catcher   and was thinking of dropping soto and picking up jesus flores of washington   lil help  cause soto is showing nothing of turning this shit around
