You have unproven players at rb. Besides Welker, you don't have any players that have had 2 good seasons in their entire career.
IMO, Bradshaw hasn't done anything really, Hightower is more of a fill in from time to time and Cadillac Williams is EXTREMELY injury prone. Sorry to break the news, but your depth is not good at all. You don't have proven players and at WR, you have career 3rd wr's.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but barring a miracle, start preparing for next year.
