Last night I had my team that I had entered into the $4 NHL Forecheck contest deleted from the contest about an hour before puck drop. I contacted support. They apologized and refunded my entry fee and also gave me an extra $4 on DK bucks and said I could enter again and enter an extra team. But the contest was full by now and I couldn't enter.
I also had that same team entered into the $3 NHL Enforcer contest. I got 190.3 points. I think the best I had ever done. Finished in 12th place. So I would have done well in the Forecheck contest also. Seems like it was almost intentional. They will not tell me why my team was deleted and say they gave me a refund and the matter is closed.
I took screen shots of everything.
Is there a way to contact DK and bypass customer support. They are completely useless.
