Pitcher heavy/Offensive needy team currently starting Zaun as their #2 catcher giving Marcum and Matsuzaka for McCann. McCann is on a strikeout needy team. What side would you rather have?

I couldn't get a response in the baseball forum, I'll be lucky to get a view here. Might as well delete this thread as I needed an answer now and I wont get a view for a week.

Good thing you keep all the "trevor hoffman is an old cock sucking box asshole" threads in the baseball forum and yet move threads like this to a ghostown. Make sure everyone sees those "cocksucking" threads and nobody sees these threads that are actually talking baseball, It will continue to give you reigns as the most classless gambling forum on the net.

Speak of the devil, Hoffman just blew a second consecutive save. Now lets all go to the baseball forum to see thread after thread how big of a useless bum Hoffman is. Thank god you moved this thread otherwise it might have gotten clogged in between the "Hoffman can suck my dick" thread and the "Hoffman should kill himself thread." Its a joke the way you run this site.

Its a very deep league. 41 men rosters x 12 teams and we only get one pickup per week via a weekly draft. We start 2 each at C,1b,2b,3b,SS, 5 at OF, and 9 pitchers. Basically anyone worth owning is owned. The top catchers in the FA market are Laird and Marson.

Most of my bench consists of pitching so I have more than everyone else. The staff includes...

Jeez...thats a lot to take in. No real reason to get too much into this so I'll just say make the trade. You have more than enough to get away with it. McCann, going into the season, was the #2 catcher I believe. If you can trade 2 pitchers, who in most leagues, hit Free Agency at least once, you're good to go. Oswalt, Hudson, Haren, Duchscherer, Pavano, Liriano and Silva are solid enough. Then add that Dice-K is back Friday...I think you're good to go.

Thanks Sparky. I took too long and now he's mulling over another offer. Either way we're gonna get something done. Either...

Marcum/Dauiske for B Molina

or

Marcum and Daisuke for McCann

Which one do you like better and who do you like better, Marcum or Daisuke?

I would perfer McCann because he'll get you more runs (most likely as Molina is a base clogger). But you can't really go wrong with Molina imo either.

And I like Dice-K better RIGHT NOW. I think Marcum will be a stud...but Dice-K is motivated. He said that he wants to "repay" them for all the problems he's had. He does have a problem with walks, which is a major concern, but he'll get you more Ks, Wins and probably a better ERA in the long run than Marcum.

I picked Dice-K up a while ago in my league and just let him ride the bench. I have a feeling he'll be really good when he gets back going so I couldn't pass up on that. My DL right now has Manny, Lidge, Dice-K and I just picked up Hawpe. So I'm good to go when everyone comes back. 2 are coming back Friday which is even more of a plus.
