You're going to need another RB. Benson is a backup at this point & Achane has had injury issues, not to mention dealing with bye weeks. Pretty solid team overall, considering it's a 12 team league.

Bijan at #9 overall tells me your league mates are dummies but a 3WR requirement likely was the primary culprit for pushing him down so far. Congrats on taking advantage of them sir. Overall, pretty good roster.
A couple notes:
Drop your TE2 for another RB. Achane is a league winner if he can stay healthy so address that weakness with someone from the WW or you may have to wait until week 1. Benson will not provide every week production unless Connor gets injured. Same with your DST / Flx spot. Drop your 2nd D and get another WR/RB. Replacement value TE2 and bench DST can be streamed week in and week out, no reason to roster 2 spots that you can find the same production on the ww each week. Your roster will be much stronger with another RB and another WR. Especially with Keenan Allen loading up on the local Portillos this past offseason

Just curious how early you would take Bijan? I draft 4th in a new league so I’m looking at what to do. It’s a super flex. Not sure how many other flex positions yet.
im thinking Stroud or Bijan
i just hate taking a qb with my first pick. What would you do there

Superflex is not my forte I must say..... I'm assuming top 3 picks are Allen/Mahomes/Hurts type of deal. I love Stroud as a NFL QB but fantasy wise I don't have him in that same tier as those other 3. Mahomes especially, he is about to go nuclear again this season, 5k/40td type of MVP year. In your case I'd likely be more inclined to go RB/WR with that pick. If starting lineup requires 3WR I'd lean towards Ceedee or Tyreek. If not then Bijan or Breece at 4 is just as good. At this point I'm actually leaning slightly more towards Breece for the higher upside reason but risk is higher too over Bijan. Bijan higher floor / Breece higher upside.
QBs are gonna go fast and furious so if Stroud is "your guy" at QB then you're going to need to take him 1st cause he won't be there in the 2nd. If you do, then you'll be looking at WR/RB next so Jefferson, Saquon, JT realm of targets. Even guys like Tua & Goff, two late rd QB targets I like, are very likely going to go in the 4th rd so regardless of which position you start out with, a good plan is to target having 2 QBs within those first 4 rds, maybe 5 rounds if it is a 10 teamer.
One way to look at is to compare possible roster outcomes and see which you would prefer:
Stroud/Goff combo with Jefferson WR1 and a guy like Kenny Walker as RB1 (1st rd QB pick)
vs
Kyler/Tua with Ceedee WR1 + a KWIII or Pacheco type. (1st rd WR pick)

For the OP:
I misspoke here, your starting roster is pretty good.... your bench is absolute trash. Advice above is to fix the trash bench and make the total roster much stronger. Good luck sir

Not a bad team for 12 team league. This year this are so many good wide receivers later in the draft it’s a must to get 2 good rbs in the first 3 rounds your team will be a lot better cuz after round 3-4 rbs drop off big time where there are tons of good wr available later in draft and love your tight end engram another big year but solid team over all maybe move your bench around a bit

No, not necessarily....only if Mahomes is there for me personally. If you are comfortable with Ceedee's holdout / Jerrah needs to sign him asap risk factor, and the possible higher injury risk / possible slow start to the year then CD is fine target. Over Allen ? Over Hurts ? Are you comfortable with a Kyler or Love there in the 2nd rd as your QB1? If Stroud is your guy and you think he is putting up a top 3-5 QB season then he may be your 1st pick then your looking at perhaps a Wilson in the 2nd as your WR1 (would be a steal there if so). Look at some ADPs and see what position guys you could potentially get with your 2-4 rounds picks. Look at some potential roster builds of going QB first vs. 2nd/3rd and see what combos you like best. Kinda working backwards to see how going QB vs. position player 1st plays out. GL
