You'd have to be specific on what you're looking for. You seem to think Ridley is worth a lot, so I doubt anyone would trade you another RB for him.
You gotta match the what the guy who wants him has.
I'm just going to assume that you'd want a WR, because the only tight ends that would be fair are Gronk, Graham, and Gonzalez.
For wide receivers I'd think a guy like Victor Cruz, Harvin, Mike Wallace, maybe Welker if someone is trying to sell high.
I wouldn't give you any top tier player though. Belichek can do some funny things. He probably likes to spread the ball around so no one can ask for a big contract, ahem Wes Welker and Logan Mankins.
