Ryan Matthews for Greg Jennings???

In one of my leagues, I have been offered Ryan Matthews for Greg Jennings. Here is my team.

QB: Brady

RB: Gore, Moreno, Beanie Wells, Hillis, McGahee

WR: Andre Johnson, Jennings, Santana Moss, Knox, Sims-Walker, and Mike Wallace

TE: Tony Gonzales

K: Buelher

D/ST: Eagles

I feel like I need some better depth at RB, and I think Matthews will have a great year. I will be losing a great WR, but think I'm deep enough to get by. What do you guys think?

Also, Naanee is on waivers to grab if I lose Jennings and need more/better depth.  I know he had a horrible outing against the Jags, but I really like the Chargers offenses this year.
