Stolen Bases

Need help with stolen bases and i have a choice between Rajai Davis and Juan Pierre...

I can use the help in batting avg as well so im leaning Pierre as his bat has been heating up... Rajai Davis is a bit below where he should be avg wise, and has room to improve in the second half...

Opinions please.. which should i grab...?

Davis, plus he qualifies at all every outfield spot.

thanks guys...

I figured that would be the obvious response...

Davis a lil ahead of his "projected" pace while Pierre far behind... Pierre on  a nice tear at the plate and although the steals havent come as expected i have a hunch hes gonna make up some serious ground on the basepaths...

Once Lawrie gets called up Bautista will go back to the OF and things might get crowded... While Pierre will keep that leadoff spot as long as hes hitting the way he has lately...

All that said, I think imma have to agree with you guys and go with the guy who has already been stealing at a high rate...

Davis definitely has more steals on the season (almost doubling Pierre up) but Pierre is hitting around .330 over the last month while Davis is sitting around .210.  I gave up on Pierre a long time ago but he does seem to be coming around if he could only get going on the base paths.
