my proxy is offering out of state entry where TheY would sign up under their name and we will sign a contract between us to say they dont have any claim to the prize. I am based overseas, do I need a 3rd person to witness the contract to make it enforceable? What else do I need to look out for? i remember someone has covered this topic a few years ago but I can’t find the thread so apology for asking it again. Thanks

I would not sign that deal. THey could skip town with your contest winnings and you would have a hard time tracking them down. They could keep your sign-up fee and skip town.

If he or she is a rep. proxy aka well known i don't see a problem with it with a valid signed contract by both posted online somewhere in the public domain for all to see...also i would throw in a 10% of your winnings clause for him to make it perfect which is not unusual as of 6 years ago Toni + part. the biggest proxy in the busn. then + now used to charge 10% of your winnings on top of their basic 300 proxy charge so that's my 2 cents.....05-07-14-15-17-18-19 contestant in the supercontest. Not this year though.
GL my guess is around 600-700 contestants for 2020

Yes 1 of the more well known Prox. I used them last year and it was good. Just because I can’t travel to America this time due to the virus. I am asking here for a peace of mind. Thanks

I've done 3rd party agreements for the $1500 Westgate Supercontest and Circa Millions II in Las Vegas for a small group for many years. I don't want to break site rules here but I have a long Football Proxy Information Thread in the WEBSITE PROMOTIONS ROOM. Can't believe I've been proxying for 20 years now, hate to see anyone get shutout by Covid. The 2020 Contests guaranteed prize money before Covid hit so good overlays are a good possibility for 2020.

Yes much better .... There s only about 350 entries right now when they anticipated 3000+ in the Circa. That translates into lots of of extra guaranteed money waiting there for the taking since they guaranteed the prize money before Covid hit.

No doesnt mean that bud, that's bonus or extra money put in to the pot. All you need to know is there is a big pot of guaranteed money with not a lot of players that I've never seen in 20 years as a football proxy. I've been fortunate to have 2 passed winners, don't want to break site rules so look at Website Promotions Room for all the rules and regulations of the Football Contests this year.
Entries Count with 2+ weeks to go, looking bleak with guaranteed prize money waiting for a smaller group this year.

I would say its a no brainer to enter even if the top prize money is less but quarterly pots are sweet. I just cant make it to vegas before the 12th or I would enter

Well if your really wanting in we are able to sign people up till 2pm on the 12th Sudshead. We do a minimal amount of 3rd party agreements where people do not have to fly in but I do not want to break site rules to explain it all. The Website Promotions football thread has all the info if needed. NFL season starts in 2+ weeks

I think I would not sign that. You need some reassurance before you do that because you might get scammed. Be careful with what you have, they might get you. I do hope this helps. Goodluck.

Mid Year Supercontest Reboot Contest week 9-17, 2020
If anyone wants in by NOVEMBER 7 - 3pm, will do a handful of spots if you cannot fly in on a first come first serve basis since its a funky year.
The contest runs from WEEK 9 TO WEEK 17 and follows the same format as the regular contest.
I do not want to break site rules so I have a long thread in the WEBSITE PROMOTIONS ROOM with Las Vegas Football Contest Information. Been around for 20 years and fortunate to have had 2 winners.
