Usually backup RBs suddenly thrusted into the starting role are hit and miss, at least 1/3 of them will have a dud game.
Great matchups for Oliver and Williams though, so pretty good week for that. But the NFL really varies from week to week, and you're starting everyone who did very well last week. It's really not that easy.
Fred Jackson is slightly hurt, but that's never stopped him before. I
would start Sanders because of his breakaway ability vs. a bad Jets defense. But he is probably much more expensive on name recognition, despite somehow not having any TDs this year (I think?). Vikings will zero in on Tate with CJ out, and he's not that great being the #1 guy, and the Vikings DEF isn't that bad, at home, with a week and a half to prepare.
