Garrard is spotty, but with HUGE upside. The guy throws like 17 TDs a year, but they all come in like 6 games in the year.
Garrard has some decent weapons and it's a divisional game, so i say he has a shot at being successful. Just don't be shocked if he gets nothing though. My friend lost by 14 points cuz he started Garrard vs. Tenn when he coulda had Fitzpatrick, Alex Smith, Henne, your usuals that coulda won it for him.
