What do you guys think about this trade?
6-3-1 in my league and currently sitting in 4th place. Only a half a game back from 2nd. My fear is that Brees will begin to sit games coming down the stretch.
The propsed trades are BREES for
Boldin, Matt Ryan, Ricky Williams
or Mike Sims Walker, Ryan and Ryan Grant.
Please help!!!
Unfortunately not. My league dictates that you can only pick up free agents off of defenses that you own or free agent defenses. I like the Williams, Boldin trade better than Grant and Sims Walker.
What do you guys think?
Added note - in my league touchdowns over 40 yards are 15 points, regardless of position.
Very true. The trade has been changed to Brees for Ryan Williams and Boldin or Hines Ward. Ryan has a pretty easy schedule down the road and Ward, Boldin and Williams all will be playing down to the wire. In my league its 1 pt for 50 yards for a qb but touchdowns are 15 pts 40 yards and up. 10 pts 20 to 40...etc. That also goes for WRs and RBs.
WR and RB get 1 pt per 20 yards and get 1 pt per reception. We receive a bonus at 7 receptions as well.
Tough trade I drafted Brees very early.
the saints have a decent schedule going on. if i traded it would be for ricky williams trade. with brown out for the dolphins he will get more snaps and i think boldin will start putting up points with whats going on over there.looks like hines ward has good matchups down the road, only thing is i dont care for matt ryan. i drafted brady first round and it would be hard for me to trade him. gl
