TRADE Thoughts........WRs and RBs ON THE BLOCK....

I am currently 5-1 and in "Trade Talk" with team which is 3-3...

I am actually looking for a better WR to replace Evans (BUFF can't do shit on "O")

Been offered a Trade for P. Thomas....

I would get B. Marshall and a RB of my choice (R. Williams, L. McCoy, F. Jackson or D. McFadden-IR)

Thoughts?.......He also has A. Johnson.......offered him Morris, C. Williams and Evans for Johnson......good move?

He won't be trading A. Johnson for those guys you offered....I mean C Williams and Morris are barely capable starters and like you said, Lee Evans can't do shit....

 

I don't know how many people you start at each position but I'd just stick with what you got.....

I have to star 2 RBs and 2 WRs......


There are actually a few WRs that I could probably pick up.

Should I dump Evans even though he historically heats up in the 2nd half of the season?  Week 8: BUF plays HOU.

I am truly looking for a Week 8 fill in for Moss and Bowe.....both on a BYE.

A. Collie is available.....L. Moore is as well.....

IND plays SF in week 8 and NO plays ATL....

Lee Evans in 08 have 0 td's in the last 9 weeks of the season.  He had one more reception in the second half than he did in the first half.

In 2007 - he had 5 td's all season (wk 8, 9, 14 (2td's, 16). He caught on average 3-4 balls a game, so unless he got a td, he got under 10 pts for sure.

...Evans in on waivers in my league and no one has touched him.

One rule I was always told is you have to trust the QB throwing the ball to your WR and Edwards or Rory won't cut it in my books.

Re your trade, make the Thomas trade and package up Marshall and Bowe for A. Johnson or better yet, package up Marshall/Hightower for a better back..maybe CJ?

not sure I trust Thomas moving forward as N.O seems happy with Bell in the mix and the pylon Reggie Bush gets thrown a bone once in a while also
so yes trade Thomas for marshall but you gotta get better than the schmucks you listed they are all handcuff's but Wiliams is avg. 10 points per week so I guess I would use him if your desperate only

I would grab L.Moore he wont be available after this week IMO

I would take that Ricky Williams and Brandon Marshall trade for Pierre Thomas in a second.  Thomas isn't worth that much.  That's a steal IMO.
