Yeah, that's an easy call; just like saying Brazil will win theirs. There are several groups (more than 3, but I don't remember all of them) that have three "so-so" teams and a top-class team, so it's obvious that one team will dominate that group.
For a challenge try predicting the first and second position of group D.

Update, I just checked the groups and Group A and Group F are the other two which can be easily predicted. Brazil and Argentina should have no trouble winning all matches.

I like Chile as a darkhorse too. Hope they win that group though, otherwise they could be looking at Brazil (again) in the round of 16.
Just to add a little side note on Brazil, their group play record is insanely good over the years. From 1982 on they are 21W - 2D - 1L. Their only loss in that span was in 1998 vs Norway, but they already had the group clinched and had no incentive to win. Also, their two draws (2010 vs Portugal and 1994 vs Sweden) were also in the 3rd match, and a draw was all they needed to clinch the group. So throwing any money on the other three teams this year is just burning it away.
So that being said, I do not think it's fair to say that predicting Belgium and Colombia to win their groups is in the same ballpark as saying Brazil will. I actually think the Colombia group is up for grabs, and while Belgium are the favorite, who knows what you'll get in Russia, and Korea and Algeria could play spoiler at some point.
