England should be spiritually, emotionally and physically exhausted following that huge letdown with a chance to make the finals. Meanwhile Belgium should be pissed and have a chip on their shoulders with all the uncalled fouls in the 2nd half and should come out explosive. England was also exposed for not having a game plan outside of setting up perfect set pieces. I expect Belgium wins this one convincingly. Taking Belgium reg at + 125 and exact score of 2 - 0 at + 500.
