Betting Help for WC. Help Needed.

Question

I am trying understand how to bet WC.

I see on the spread that England is -125 Pk. But moneyline has them at +175.

Now in NFL I would obviously take the the ML +175 as Pk and ML is same. Team just needs to win.

Is this not the case for soccer? I don't get why spread line is -125 when ML is +175.

Without being a di*k can someone please explain what is a ML bet and why it is more favorable line than a Pk line.

Its quite simple actually, if you bet England ml &#x2B;175 you need them to win to win your bet, its a 3 way bet including a draw. You will lose your bet if they draw. If you bet them at a pk, then if they draw you will get a push and get your money back.

for soccer the england PK -125 means that you&#x27;re betting england to just win. the reason i state this obvious statement is that in soccer if you bet the ML at &#x2B;175 and the game ends in a draw you lose your bet. if you take the pk and the game ends in a draw its considered a push thus the difference in juice. Essentially with pk you&#x27;re betting what in theory should be a 50/50 bet but with the ML your chances of winning would be 33/33/33 since there are 3 separate outcomes in soccer
