Can anyone outside of Brazil, France, Germany, Spain or maybe Argentina win this?
Are there any teams currently presenting value that have a chance to pull it off?
Here are some teams I like that I feel have an outside chance of getting to the final 4 and offering bettors some hedging opportunities. I would love any insight, suggestions or general contributions to this discussion.

England @ 18.07:1
Shouldn't have an issue getting through the group stage, Southgate a solid manager, Kane (if healthy) able to score on anyone and relatively deep.
Colombia @ 49.2:1
Easy group, Rodriguez/Falcao/Cuadrado gives them enough star power to hang around, if they win their group likely to face Belgium/England in R16 which isn't overwhelming.
Mexico & Switzerland @ 121.5:1
Mexico - Relatively difficult group stage with an almost certain L coming against Germany (if the confed cup was any indicator, though their offense looked potent) and a match against a reasonably talented Sweden side, Loads of WC experience, Hernandez is a quality striker, Vela can contribute, Lozano could be a gamebreaker. Defense undoubtedly an area of concern.
Switzerland - Easier group stage than Mexico and I give them a strong chance of getting out of it (don't like Serbia much). Impressive showing at the past world cup and that experience should carry over into this one. Xhaka, Seferovic and Shaqiri are very solid players who could make some noise
