Gonna see how many days in a row I can do 100 burpees. Those are with a pushup and a jump knee tuck. I've been doing 10 sets of 10, with either an ab or shoulder exercise, also 10 sets of 10.
I'm 4 days into it, with today completed. I haven't exactly been timing myself, but I've looked at the clock. The first two days took almost 30 minutes. The last two days have been right at 20 minutes.
It might not sound difficult, but it's a ball buster when you try to do it as fast as possible. Just doing this to supplement the running and strength training I've been doing. Change it up a little bit. see how we do.

It's pretty amazing, actually. Really see improvement right away. Each day my form gets better, and tempo is quicker. I ditched the ab and shoulder exercises in between. Just focusing on the burpee itself. One of the few exercises that work instantly.
Noticeable gains in stamina when I run. First wind is longer, and second wind doesn't show up. A lot like when I played soccer in high school and college. Could literally run for days.
I never thought this simple exercise would have such an impact so quick. If you want to be more fit, just do 100 burpees every day. I'm kind of addicted to doing them. I only made it 7 days in a row before I took a day off. Body just needed a rest, but was right back at it the next day. Only day off since I started.
I recommend giving it a try.

I don't do 100 every day. Been doing them 6 days a week. Muscles need 1 day of rest. Doing 100 in under 8 minutes, with a pushup and jump knee tuck. Any runners out there, I highly recommend implementing these into their workout. Gains are right away, and very apparent. The burpees aren't a workout on their own, but are fantastic when used as a supplement. If you want to be more fit, do burpees. Simple as that.
