well final word from mri was rotator cuff and bicep tendinitis. the doc says there may be little tears in there, but nothing worth anything more than an effort of phys therapy at this time. which i think i will just skip and do exercises at home.
also, shoulder feeling fine until i went for mri this week and he shot me for the arthrogram. pretty painful then and since.
all in all good news, anyone else have this??

If there is a god, he's a PT.
Those guys are incredibly well trained and able to get to the bottom of a lot of injuries.

That's great news. So many people have no idea how skilled PT's are.
A story. Years ago I was training real heavy, 400lbs squats, deadlifts, sick kind of intensity - etc. Was nothing new but I started getting these slight headaches but thought little of it. Slowly the headaches began severely thumping directly in the back of my head constantly whenever I was vertical. (flat on my back was ok). I visited 2 nuerologists, MRI's, you name I did it, but still the horrific headaches continued. I stopped training for 2 months, became incredibly depressed, drinking heavily, sleeping all day in a dark room... to the point where I was ready to take my own life...absolutely no joke. This was no fucking way to live.
One strange day I ran into a good friend of mine who's a PT. I told him about my symptoms and situation. Next day I was in his office on the table and after extensive assesment he found a knot just beneath my ear on the left side neck muscle and began to gently loosen it. My legs flopped around, eyes watered up, sweat poured off of my skin everytime he applied even the slightest of pressure in a circular motion.
I spent the next 3 weeks, 3 x a week having that knot pressed on, stretched and mobilized to the point of pain that cannot be described..
My headaches were completely gone after the final session and life began once again. I have tears in my eyes just talking about this episode.
His name is Rob and he saved my life.
