Hows it going mr reyes?&#xD;&#xA;I dont hav e the cds i find bits and pieces on the internet. Kickasstorrents has the whole thing downloaded a few times, but it has no seeds so it wont work. Hoping it gets seeded before i blow $120 bucks.

i did the fit test and was smoked.  these workouts are an alternative to running/jogging long distances. great routine, all i do is the fit test over and over again.

&#xD;&#xA;been trying to download some of the workouts on kickasstorrents. Will get one sooner or later, the ab one is available, but I downloaded it for 13 hours then it didnt work, lol. Probably because I shut off computer and restarted the download.

[/Quote]the whole set is out there.  i got it at thepiratebay.  i skimmed through all of the workouts and learned some new tricks.  but basics of it is smoking yourself for half - hour of intense cardio.
