Sure, everybody does

Who the heck wants to pay two bucks for a spring of stale Rosemary at the store?

Rosemary is very hardy and impossible to screw up.  A rosemary bush will turn into a tree without even messing with it.  Never hurts to have fresh Basil around.

Never had a Rose, but I've had a Mary. I hear ya Shrimpie, that bush definitely needed a trim

On a side note, what's the grass stuff that cats can eat?
 
( Mine was trying to chomp on some ivy the other day, then she spewed. )
 
 
Have a bunch of plants though. I like plants. They are calming.

I found what appeared to be 5 acres of that this weekend 
 
Put it in a bowl or two.....

Funny you say that.   Ive got a dog at the vet as we speak for eating some type of weed/grass, that tastes good to them, but is toxic.   Apparently there is some genetic mutated weed spreading around, that is causing animals alot of trouble.   Animals have always eaten grass to help them spew, and eliminate vial from their stomachs.....But this may be a serious problem in the future.

I have tried plenty.  Actually I should say my wife has done most of the work as she is very handy with plants and I have no idea in that department, I just enjoy using them to cook.  We have fund it very hard to do successfully.  We have however been very successful with a tomato plant.

Start with basil,,,very easy,,,be careful with mint it spreads grow it in a container,,,,,good soil is the trick,,,,some sand and do not keep to wet

I do......use the Aerogarden.  Alhough a couple of the herbs didn't do very well.  But the Basil......Jesus !!!!!!!!!  It grows so fast I can't even keep up with it.  I have to freeze a good number of the leafs.
 
For those that don't know, fresh herbs beats that dried stuff anyday  Taste much better and you don't have to use as much.
