Here's one:
take chicken breast and cut into thin slices and cover with a spicy dry rub. Place sliced avocado on top. Cook over high heat. Brush bun with humus and cut sweet tomatoes (I use the orange). Put the bun on the grill for 10 seconds and eat.

I'm confused that your confused.
You slice the breast lengthwise so you still have larger think pieces.
You slice the avocado and you put it on top of the chicken after you flip it. The idea is to get the avocado warm. It will only end up on the top of the chicken for a few minutes.
