Protein Bars
Ingredients:
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (i.e. Carb option)
8 Tablespoons Honey
1 & 1/4 Cups Whey Protein Powder
1 Cup Uncooked Oatmeal
Directions:
Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl, microwave on high for 80 secs.
Add the rest and mix together; can add raisins, nuts, etc., for more flavor.
Smooth into a 13x9 tray and let set for 20 minutes. Cut into 10 to 12 equal
bars; wrap bars and store in fridge.
