I've been working our pretty hard the last year and getting in good shape. Just wondering if anyone had any opinions on good supplements, pre or post workout. I've tried alot of both and have had varying degrees of success. I just started a new preworkout one thats been around awhile but I never tried called jack3d. I like it alot and its good for when I'm hungover and don't feel like killing it.

For a pre-workout try a product called ACG3. It's similar to jacked but a much better type of creatine than jack3d. You can get it at your local GNC. Awesome pre-workout, then AfterGlow for post workout. You will pay more but they are higher quality and you get great results.

try Bromelain (sp?) its a pinapple extract and you take it after working out to help reduce soreness. You can also take it with meals to help with protein absorbtion and synthesis.
Also the combo of fish oil/krill oil and vitamin D-3 is a must. These are 3 easy supplements to add and their all only 1 pill. No megadoses or giant horse pills. Look them up on amazon for the lowest prices and read their user reviews

I bought jack3d a few months ago & am very impressed w/ it. I'm lifting more & doing more reps. I also use it for basketball & gives me that needed boost of energy.
I also ordered muscle pharm assault. I find jack3d more potent. I also found Assault to give me more of a crash....now i'm not certain wether that's because it actually pushes me more or it is a side effect.
I had jack3d today before weight sesh and i actually had to stop myself from working out further. I do find a significant difference between jack3d & mp assault but nothing astronomical.
I also use Musashi Creatine Recovery Stack & wpi for post-work out recovery. since taking whey protein about 2 yrs ago now it's rare for me to be sore the following day of a good work out - wether it's weights or cardio/basketball. The Musashi Recovery Stack helps in the prevention of muscle depletion, gains and recovery. It also helps in muscle soreness. It is expensive as well as the wpi but very much worth it.
