I am 6' 2" but weights 249. I have been an avid weight lifter for nearly twenty years now but in my zest to add more and more weight I have not done my fair share of cardio so I am going to shed some fat and hopefully get down to about 10% or less body fat. My wife feels the need to lose some weight so we figured that we would do a body fat loss contest.
So between now and May 15, 2011 I will track our progress once a week and post it here so everyone can keep us (really me because I will not know how my wife is doing until the end) accountable!
