Take a butter but squash remove stem flip so bottom side is up. Carve a 4 inch (10cm) hole .
Take seeds out . clean and wash them put a side. Clean cavity wash Pat dry.
Take 1/2 TSP of nutmeg and cinnamon mix a spread over Inner wall of squash.
Take 1lbs of hamburg mix cup of bread crumbs and one large egg . till forms a Ball place on side squash cavity put on greased pan .
Pre heat oven to 400 bake 20 min turn heat to 350 and continue baking for an hour uncovered.
Remove put on large plate and segment into eight pie slices leaving meat loaf undisturbed. It should resemble a black eyed Susan with eight petals.
Enjoy. Serve hot with barque sauce.
