Was craving a catfsh po boy today for lunchand went to this joint and for some reason I ordered it blackened which I have never done in my life and boy was it a disappointment....I have ALWAYS had it fried in the past and I love it but the whole grilled/blackened thing just didnt do it for me, plus there was no tartar sauce on it. Just thought I would get on here and share my experience. So definitely FRIED IT IS FROM HERE ON OUT. What are yalls feelings on catfish/catfish po boys and how it is prepared?

I think too much tartar can ruin it...  This is not a mcdonalds fish-sandwich...

Interestingly there is a place that does Po-boys where I live that gives you options including a softshell crab in the sandwich that is pretty good...

A po boy is usually a shrimp/catfish/seafood sandwich on a hoagie roll with the fixings...usually a seafood oriented sandwich with all the fixins, its great! (not sure if you were being serious, but i will assume you were being serious)

Hmmm...... sounds pretty bad.

They are excellent. I am shocked that you have never heard of a po boy. IF you like fish/seafood then try one I doubt you will regret it

That sounds amazing I have never tried it on a po boy...I love fried oysters though! It's been so long since i have had them though
