3 Lbs Ground Beef (90% or 96% Lean)
1 Package Frozen O’brien Potatoes
1 Package Grated Mild Cheddar Cheese (Large bag)
1 16 oz. Sour Cream
1 1/2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 Cans Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Can French Onions (Large)
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 White Onion
Preheat oven to 400. Cut onion and peppers into 1/4 pieces. Brown onion and then add meat. Season to taste. Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soups, peppers in a large mixing bowl. Once meat is done add to mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Once mixed empty in to a 13x9 or 15x10 glass baking dish. Sprinkle about a 1/4 of the french onions over the top and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove and add the remaining frenc onions and put back in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the frnch onions are golden brown. You can top it off with some fresh tomoato and avocado as well.
