Anybody ever see any chopped broccoli at a restaurant?  Wonder why it's never on the menu?

Just saying that the broccoli tastes better when it's chopped up.  The stalks don't get so stringy and there is more surface area to absorb some sauce or butter or something.

Butchers tenderize meat..... why can't restaurants tenderize broccoli
