Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12 min until tender. Drain. 2.
Meanwhile, cut the courgettes in half lengthways and then slice. 3.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the courgettes for 2-3 min. Add
the tomatoes and continue cooking for a further minute. 4. Stir
the crème fraiche into the pasta and serve immediately topped with
the courgette and tomato mixture and freshly grated cheese.
