Blue crab season is in session though. And they're much more satisfying than crawfish. I don't understand how people eat those little bugs.. There's so little meat..

I love crawfish and blue crab.  I will have to say that blue crab is much more work for little reward.  The claw is def easy, but the main body is impossible to get meat out of for me.  However, I do love eating the roe, it's the best part.

The Roe....

I once ate 45 crabs..medium in one night ..2 hours...i can pick and eat a crab in 3 minutes..tasty ..
