1. Cut jalapenos in half 2. I keep the seeds in so they're spicier, (It makes a huge difference) Also keep the interior part of the pepper in there dont cut it all out 3. I mixed some bbq seasoning with the cream cheese in a food processor 4. Then fill the peppers 5. Wrap the bacon 6. You can grill them, bake them, or even broil them.
Also they taste really good dipped in guacamole maybe squirt some lime juice.

Also like the ballsiness of leaving in the membrane and seeds. Most box out and remove them... Good call...
Yeah exactly the membrane. I mean jalapenos really are fairly mild peppers for the most part but they taste amazing. You can do a lot of stuff with them

rooster, not a bad idea with the crab meat. I'll try that sometime. I've thrown a little chicken in to the processor. As long as they have a kick
theone, do it. I think I undercooked some of the bacon a bit grilling them. Much easier just baking them but if you're going to grill them probably cook them a little bit longer.

CAUTION! Do not consume mass beer when eating these............hours later you'll be known as Gassius Clay.
They are good though..........try cooking the bacon a little before you wrap them & throw them on the grill. It gets them crispier a bit faster w/o overcooking the peppers.

That's a good idea.. I'm going to do that next time. I do like bacon a little under cooked. I hate it ultra crispy... Tastes nasty.. Obviously fat tastes good even better undercooked!
They're addicting though.
