Hey fellas! Thought I'd offer up my deer chili recepie and get some other recpies from some of my fellow outdoorsmen.
Brown 2 lbs of ground deer meat. May have to put a tad of water in the skillet as it is so lean.Add 2/3 cup of chili powder. Put into a pot that contains 1 chopped onion, 1 can hot rotel, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1/2 can chili beans, 2 tbl spoons garlic powder, 2 tbl spoons cumin, and simmer for 4 hrs. Let me know how it turns out.
I like mine with fritos and shredded cheddar.
For those that like a little more kick, add 2 tbl spoons cayenne pepper.

you can also put a little hot sausage in the pan while browning the burger, helps add flavor and adds a little grease to keep the meat from sticking...sounds good

Congrats bro. I ended up settling for a 130'' 9 pt.
Just gettin after the ducks. We've finally gotten some good hunting weather and new birds seem to be arriving daily. Looks like its going to get pretty good. I'll keep you informed.

Just cooked up some of those ducks. Marinate all day in Allegro original marinade. butterfly the breast and insert some water chestnuts, then wrap with bacon and grill for 30-45 minutes turning every 10 min.
Pretty damn good!
