You guys laugh away but calibrating the oven is absolutely critical.  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Even with PGDad over there making pizzas.  The oven might indicate it is 450 but he probably has a very poorly insulated oven and it could be more like 420 &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Which is not good for crispy crust pizza

Even if he&#x27;s turning that frozen pizza into some type of Chicago Deep Dish, wanna make sure it&#x27;s hot in there.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I&#x27;ve got a workaround if you&#x27;d like to hear it.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Unless you have a 5k oven, stack bricks in there
