Grab a handful of ground turkey and chuck it in the skillet. Brown it nicely and then add 3-4 whipped eggs to the skilly. Stir the two around with a spatula together until solid and drop it on your breakfast plate. Add fresh salsa or hot sauce for flavor, two slices of toast with butter and a slice of cantelope. Quick massive highly digestable protien shot with some carbs/sugar as well. You'll notice intense strength by the 3rd set. Thank me later.

Wake up with an MRE, take care of KP, hit that PT and then go for some RR.
Speaking of MRE's, when I was deployed to Bagram about 7 years ago(as an aircraft mechanic with a Navy squadron) there was a guy in our squadron that would eat an MRE or two daily in addition to what the mess halls normally served. He was pretty heavy as it was when we went over there and he could figure out why he was the only person that wasn't dropping weight over there.
It was pretty funny when he found out how many calories are in a MRE.

The Oats will boost your energy......... moreso than the eggs. And a half day of fuel/energy. Ole skool training tip. Surprised you are not already on them.
One thing I also do is pre cook a few days of stuff so have it on hand. Egg salad hard to beat. If I cook soft boiled eggs, I'll go ahead and cook the whole dozen up. Make hard boiled out of the rest of them. Either leave them as hard boiled or egg salad for later. Egg salad is good 24/7..... I go ten minutes on the boil for hard boil using the cold water.
Also, why cook one pound of bacon when can cook 2-3 pounds instead. Even if not eating bacon, can cook it while doing it something else and have it on hand for a few days.
I don't lift much but still lift for a month every six months or so. And when I do, I get hungrier than hell nonstop. And that pre-cooked bacon and egg salad are life savers later in the day.

Another good thing about precooking bacon is it'll keep for basically a week..... and also really doesnt' need to be refrigerated. Throw some precooked bacon in ziplock bags and stick in your backpack and you got your protein snack ready to go without scrambling around.

You know the drill.......... you need protein later in the day and find yourself scrambling around fast food driveways trying to get the protein...... and end up eating a lotta crap along with it.
The bacon sort of solves that and gets a non carb protein snack when you need it.
