Favorite Protein Powders

My favorite is Met-Rx Strawberry & Vanilla.....I don't think they make it anymore and need a good tasting Protein Powder....

This is the best stuff i've ever had, both taste and purity. Mixes well and doesn't give you that feeling in your stomach like you want to puke.

I like chocolate flavored muscle milk.  Tastes good.  Also tastes good with milk or water.
 
Satisfies my urge for chocolate for at least a half a day

Optimum Nutrition is good.... I like mocha cappuccino the best, but I haven't had a bad flavor.

I wait until they're on sale for about $30-35 for 5 lbs and buy about 20-30 lbs worth.

Pizza tastes good also but it's not good for you, jk shrimp. But really muscle milk is garbage but they have done a fantastic job marketing their product. Muscle milk does tastes good but it was originally supposed to be a meal replacement shake. They have less protein per serving than most brands, 6 grams of saturated fat per serving and I believe some of the protein used is soy.

The pro complete 40 i listed has 4 types of protein (time released) they get their carbs from dietary fibers and the fats are all omega fats. Plus i belive it has glutamine peptides and enzmes already in the blend.

You right, this does have 6gs of saturated fat
 
I knew it tasted too good to be true.  32gs of protein ain't shabby though.
 
On the good side, I just pulled this container out to read the label and type and my dog is really, really wanting some of this which makes me think it is semi natural and healthy.

It's awefully expensive... take a protein powder like Optimum Nutrition and add a TBSP of flaxseed and take a multivitamin and you have this stuff.... for less than half the price.

Optimum health 4lb. bottle is around $42 a bottle. 40 grams of protein per serving you can't beat that price. Plus all the added benefits of having the time released with the whey isolate, whey concentrate, casein and egg protein. The optimum nutrition pro complex (i believe is the name) has all the above minus the casein.

2 scoops in a bottle of water. mixes perfectly and you dont get real awful gas...just bad gas

Whey isolate nis only good after you workout. Whey protein only stays in your system for about 45 minutes and isn't well absorbed. Usually high in sodium.

I'm a big fan of Myo-Plex stuff.

Those 4 pack cartons, 48grams of protein per.

Good stuff.......
