So you're actually trying to gain weight and muscle mass instead of losing pounds...you must be a young buck. Putting 5-8 lbs of muscles in that time might be possible, but anything over 10 lbs would be very difficult without putting on fat.
I would try eating lots of protein, chicken, lean beef, shakes, and add at least 1000 daily calories, eat 4-5 smaller meals throughout the day instead of three square meals. You need to stop with the running, pushups(that's more for a lean body) and get into more serious weight lifting. Since you have so little time you need to workout 6 times a week, alternating between push and pull, lower and upper body(don't work the same body part on consecutive days(your muscle growth comes during rest/ repair phase), work every muscle to failure and your aim should be 3 sets and 8-10 reps. After doing this for two weeks you need to "shock" your body, do one set and super heavy weights were you can only do one or two reps(spotter for sure) this will fuel new growth and increase your power. Focus on your chest, shoulder and back, those are the biggest muscles and adding size in those areas will get the most dramatic results.
Yes, you will be spending quite a bit of money on extra foods and supplements, but if you want a killer body in that short time frame you need to pay the price. If you're new to weight lifting go to the library and check out a few books on the subject. Oh, and congrats on getting hitched!
