I had to post this because I think it deserves it's own thread.
Keep an eye on them cuz they will go quick. Just put a decent char on the cut side. Remove from grill. Cut up the 2 half heads into bite sized pieces and serve warm with your favorite dressing.
Try this: Take a full head of romaine. Cut it right in half down the middle. Using cooking spray (olive oil) spray the cut edge of each half. Lay on a tray and season with salt and pepper.
Get your grill smoking hot (450 - 500) and put them on the grate cut (and seasoned) side down.
