healthy alternative drink

Does anyone know of a healthy energy drink I can have? Clearly monster, rockstar, etc are not good for you. I get tired of drinking water all the time. I'm not the biggest fan of green tea but I can stomach it once in a while. Just looking for some recommendations.

Some nutritionists say chocolate milk is one of the best postworkout drinks.

the only drink i would recommend after a workout other than water is coconut water. you don't need the overwhelming majority of other shit on the market.

I'm a pretty big propel guy.  It's lower in calories and tastes pretty damn good IMO.  I haven't had an "energy" drink in my life and do not plan to.

Are you looking for an energy drink designed specifically for a work out or are you looking for something to give you a boost during the day like a cup of coffee would ?

my friend trains as an MMA fighter and he drinks rockstars sugar free 

and it gets im thru the day etc..

I used to drink monster or amp every morning before work, but now all i get is XS energy drinks. No sugar or carbs and only 8 calories. Tastes pretty good as well.

I love the Sugar Free Rock Stars but I know they are horrible for me. I'm trying to quit them. Propel doesn't sound too bad.

Yup, I'm a huge fan of the rasberry lemonade and the grape. 

And you cannow buy the powder packets (mix on your own) so you don't have to plow through a bunch of plastic bottles.  Not sure what they cost (my gal buys them), but I'd imagine it's cheaper than buying the bottles.
