Please note Rizzo worked hard to sort out this Fitness & Food Forum. Some were unhappy with the number of threads I started, one for each medical, fitness, food topic. Rizzo asked me, he did not order, if I would consider to threads to put all my posts into. I agreed for the greater good of the forum. When asked by the Hawk, I said I was happy with the changes.
Now the thread was destroyed yesterday by Count & Blast. Blast has deliberately destroyed it today.
Tomorrow I will start a new thread. So everything is been destroyed, there will now be three theads, the old destroyed and the new ones. And if it happens tomorrow another thread. So once again theforum will be filled with my threads.
Please play ball, for the benefit of everyone. Destroying a thread just means another has to be created, and multiple threads again.
