Been doing these high reps for a good three months. Was very tough at first but is now much easier. Get used to it.
Had a discussion with some of the guys here about it and they are like but this trainer is highly respected. All the body builders who compete at my gym use him. He's trying to cut body fat and it's working. Have not noticed any muscle loss but hard to tell.
