I've been reading more and more about these and some boxing workouts. Unfortunately my gym isn't equipped for a boxing workout but HIIT is a real possibility for me.
I was wondering if anyone could throw me a workout to try or give me a link to a good site that has a routine.
I tried to google it but it's actually not a good way to find an actual routine. I am impatient too so that doesn't help.
